with the utah fires it has been such a crazy and scary time. I was able to call Renee last week when we were being evacuated out in EAgle Mountain and she was so helpful. Explained how the policy provided coverage, no deductible, etc etc. What a relief!!!!

Renee was frumpy from the start. After two bad experiences with her I decided to switch insurance companies. Now I am saving $315 every 6 months on my auto policy and I am saving $265 every year on my home owners policy all for the same coverages. More than anything the people are friendly, helpful, and answer every stupid question I have without losing patience.

I had nothing but bad experiences with Renee including no help with a claim, arguments about why I would want to opt out of Farmers sharing my personal data which I ended up having to call Farmers directly about... all the way to the end when I requested my policy cancelled for her to hang up on me. Go somewhere else for insurance.
