The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They care about my welfare without me even asking. I guess some folks/customers just can't tolerate smart pharm staff. I have called the pharm many times to confirm a new prescription after I called my Dr. to verify it was called in. That's my responsibility before I drive to pick it up. I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and never had a problem. Next tell the staff you appreciate them.

I cannot edit my last post, so let me say that I am highly impressed with Brookshires' pharmacy and store staff. Some (who were witness to the debacle with a technician being way out of line in her comments to me)of the staff took it upon themselves to report the situation to pharmacy management, and asked me to speak to him as well. The store director spent over 20 minutes talking to me as well, and completely reassured me that they would get to the bottom of things and resolve the issue. They have impressed me thoroughly with their willingness to provide excellent customer service and retain my and my husband's business.

Most of the pharmacy workers are very kind. BUT be aware of a tech named Ronda (Rhonda?). She is very bossy, can switch moods abruptly, and if you say something she does not like or ignore her, she will try to make problems for you with your doctor by calling and stretching the truth quite a bit.
