Country Carriages-Horse Drawn

I had a marriage proposal planned in Julian, called Country Carriages to set up a horse drawn carriage ride to surprise my girlfriend with. I spoke with the owner Steve, who showed zero enthusiasm in having to book a Wed., which was the only day we had available. He was very short with me on the phone, had me wondering if he would show up at all for our 3 pm scheduled ride. Guess what? He didn't show up!! Not only that, he wouldn't answer his phone when I kept calling to see if he was just running late.He eventually turned his phone off so I couldn't even talk to him at all. Never heard back from him to this day, he ruined one of the most important days of my life, and did not care at all!! Please do yourself a favor and learn from my experience, there is another company in Julian called Main Street Carriages, do yourself a favor and call those guys!
