Mark Christopher is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever stepped foot into. They were rude, pushy and flat-out lied to us. Finance tried to sneak in fees without disclosure. We had a due bill, that after 12 weeks, I called to have the vehicle fixed. I made an appointment and made arrangements for a rental car, but when I got there (after driving over 40 miles), there was no record of my rental car reservation, and was given the runaround for over an hour on why they didn't have the car I requested. Then they charged my credit card!! This is the worst dealership and hope to NEVER have to step foot in that dealership again. Don't go there!! BUYER BEWARE!!
