Moss Landing Cafe has appeared in many newspaper articles and Magazines over the last 26 years. Located near the quaint little fishing harbor of Moss Landing, you cant help but notice the red and white restaurant with murals depicting the local areas beauty. The Moss Landing is credited with the best Fish Sandwiches in Monterey county. Fresh fish, fruit and vegetables are prepared daily and from local sources when possible. We have a great regular local clientele, as well as many visiting folk from afar, some of whom return annually to enjoy our great Northern California Deep-Fried Artichokes, fresh Seafood and delicious Clam Chowder. It is common to see Owner/ Chef Mark Couts walking the Restraunt, chatting with guests. Our friendly staff take pride in our family style service and friendly atmosphere. Centrally located between Santa Cruz and the Monterey Peninsula off Old Hwy 1, Moss Landing, California is a small eclectic fishing village rich in history, culture and flavor. There are many antique shops to browse. Many activities in the area include kayaking, fishing, hiking, and watching the abundant wildlife in the area. Seals, Sea Otters, Pelicans and sometimes whales frequent the area.
