I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and lack of concern from the management here. Not only are they unhelpful in general matters but they could care less when it comes to resolving noise disturbances and what should be relatively minor complaints. Additionally, the thick black soot that accumulates from the highway pollution is disgusting. One can only imagine the effects this alone has on the health of tenants who live here for years at a time. What you will find here is a very typical mechanism of faceless corporate greed. Should you choose to throw away money here it's not a question of whether but merely a matter of when you regret your decision to move in. To make matters even worse, they have consistently jacked up the rent as high as the current tenants are willing to pay for mediocre(at best) and rapidly aging units. Only when there is a mass exodus do they stop raising the rent on a yearly basis here. To call these apartments "Luxurious" is just one of the many deceptions you'll find here. One example of their recklessness is the ridiculous and inconvenient scam of a laundry facilities provider that they've hired. The two companies combined really do make a perfect marriage of profiting from the confusion and frustration of its customers/tenants. This absurd laundry system forces users to purchase plastic(easily broken) cards in order to purchase "special" non refundable codes online so that a user can credit their ultimately worthless and non refundable balance. Good luck getting the code to actually credit the balance to begin with. The machines look like the first Atari video game consoles. Except they are much less reliable. And I do wish it could somehow be twisted into a source of entertainment. But I'd put your chances at 50 percent for successfully completing a laundry cycle without incident.
