Beware of this business and especially the owner, Louie. This man will take your speedometer and will not return it. He will make up many excuses and pretends that he is working on it, but he will tear it apart and break it into pieces. He is very cruel and disrespectful over the phone once he has your property. He does not give you his address or contact information on purpose. He has cases against him in the Fresno County Superior court for similar issues. Take your business to a real professional and don't get scammed by this person.
