This company left me stranded at PHL airport on 1/9/13 for a prepaid AND confirmed (with their driver 1 hr., 15 mins. before scheduled pickup) reservation for shuttle to Reading. I made many calls to the driver after arriving at PHL and he refused to answer his phone; left messages. Called company next day for refund and explanation; no answer, left messages. Wrote company 1/11, again no response.
