Southeastern Electric has been a terrible company to have to put up with. They don't know the meaning of customer service. Are rude. Always losing power!!!!

Southeastern Electric needs to put some money back into the company and keep its customers supplied with electric service. It's ridiculous how often we lose power. A simple rain can lead to total darkness. If you dare inquire about it you're met with rudeness. I suppose since we don't have any other choice they can afford to treat customers with such disrespect. Hopefully this time it won't last over 24 hours.
