i have never been treated so rudely in my life. i can't imagine, if i got past the service call, how horribly i would be treated if these people actually came to repair my cooler. i called biltmore to see if i could get a cooler repair for the business at which i work. i spoke with bruce, who told me i couldn't get anyone out today. when i told him i needed to check with a few more companies, as it is an urgent repair, and i would be in touch, he started talking over me and told me not to bother calling him back if i was going to talk to other companies. when i tried to explain myself, he just kept saying "goodbye" over me. he was very short with me for the entire conversation and i was extremely offended. i will never call these people again, and will recommend the same to all of my other friends who own businesses.
