Lonestar performance and wellness is a company with over twenty five years of experience in working with athletes and active adults. We have worked with youth and professional athletes of all types. We have helped them recover from injuries physically and mentally and have seen then return to the fied of competition confident to perform at the highest level. Our services include physical rehabilitaion, sports performance training, manual therapy, general wellness and fitness consulting as well as a nutrition product line. We have what it takes to get you back to the activities you love confident to train and compete at the highest level without the need for medicaiton, surgery or long periods of rest.
