It took 6 months, and no less than a dozen phone calls/visits to this business to get my bumper fixed correctly. I was given an incorrect quote, they did shoddy work, I was lied to and my phone calls ignored on multiple occasions. The only way I got my bumper fixed was to threaten to take legal action. Then, I was charged more money for them to fix what they should have done correctly to begin with. I was told I would not be charged labor the second time around. I was charged labor anyway. I would NEVER use this business unless you want to be dealt with dishonestly and pay a fortune for shoddy work.

business response
becky, 2014 corolla..thanks for the review, as it helps us learn and provide a better service. we gave you an original quote the repairs. you wanted to negotiate the repairs. it took you months to get back with us on what you wanted to do. you ended up wanting just the bumper replaced. we did that for you and also told you the fit would not be correct due to some missing or broken parts. you paid and drove off happy with the work that fixed your budget. you then called us back weeks later saying we did not repair your vehicle correctly. we told you it need the broken and missing parts. you brought it back and we installed them and the bumper fit was much better. we don't see how you think you would have to pay for the additional repairs and parts. it would have been cheaper to do it correct the first time, then the bumper wouldn't have been removed again to do the repair correctly. sorry about your experience, we did try to help you the best we could from the beginning. thank you, phoenix body and paint
