Amazing experience with Dr. B and his training team. I couldn't keep myself consistent with diet and exercise and they helped me so much. It's really not just the diet and exercises though. They taught me so much and I already thought I knew so much, but I was sabotaging things with wrong choices and just not optimising myself. I'm on their monthly plan and it's been the only thing that's made a difference for me.
