The homeowners' association in Del Webb Tradition is empowered to enforce parking with several different signs around the community. There are also designated areas for guests to park when visiting.

The beauty of our new homes in Del Webb Tradition is very important to us. The HOA mows the grass on a regular basis and periodically trims the hedges and trees. The HOA requires hedges not exceed 8 ft. For more details, please check with your HOA manager regarding specific height restrictions to plants, trees, and grass.

While our new homes do not have a specific noise policy for the common areas, we ask that residents of Del Webb Tradition please be considerate of others in the community when hosting get togethers that go late into the evening.

We don't just build you a new home, we stand behind it! That’s why, with every home at Del Webb Tradition, we provide a limited home warranty that is easy to understand and based on common sense. We believe our homeowners have a right to expect a clean new home complete and free of defects at the time of closing. Things should work. As detailed in our limited home warranty, if there are problems because of defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty term, we will arrange for their repair or replacement. In general and subject to certain exclusions, our limited home warranty includes coverage for materials and workmanship; coverage for heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems; and coverage for structural components of the home. Trash and recycling pickup for these new homes is handled through the city and is not an HOA item. Please reach out to a city official for more information.

Del Webb Tradition is a 55+ Active Adult Community only, but we encourage grandchildren to visit, as the community has a wealth of resort-style amenities open now to enjoy.

As of January 2023, homeowners association fees for the new homes at Del Webb Tradition cost between $269.45-$302.20 per month depending on homesite size, collected quarterly. Del Webb Tradition residents are also responsible for Tradition Master Association fees of $195.98 per month, collected monthly, which includes Cable, Internet, and Alarm Monitoring as well as maintenance of all Tradition Areas outside of Tradition Neighborhoods. At closing, homeowners must pay one-time fees including an amenity fee of $2,000, initial capital contribution fee of $100, Tradition capital contribution fee of $44.84, and Estoppel letter fee to the Tradition Assocation of $250. Also, Del Webb Tradition homeowners are responsible for Southern Grove Community Development District O&M and Bond (CDD) fees and St. Lucie Land Holdings Special Assessment District (SAD) fees.
