This place is an absolute SCAM!!!! When I initially went online to schedule the appointment, it said that I could get an appointment within 24 hours, so I pretty excited about that. I paid the $195 and I scheduled for the next day. Now after paying for the appointment and picking a day and time they send a payment confirmation letting me know my appointment isn't actually confirmed. Why would I pay almost $200 for an appointment that is not confirmed? So, the next day, there's no communication on their part at all so I decided to call. When I called, they proceed to tell me that a doctor is available next week. I let them know I'd like a refund so that I can choose another provider because the site was very misleading. They assure me they want to get me scheduled and will be in contact. The appointment confirmation they send is actually two days AFTER the date they told me and at 4 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING. I suck it up because I really needed to see a doctor. A few hours prior I receive a text and an email with the link to join the video for the visit. At 4 am I click the link to join, and it was just a blank screen. I called and waited on hold for about 20 minutes before hanging up. Someone called me back and the young lady says, "Oh yea you were scheduled but the Dr. says they tried t reach you by phone and couldn't get a hold of you." I let her know I have no call and I ask why would the doctor be calling me if we have a video visit scheduled? She says she will reach out to the doctor to see if he is still available and call me back. 20 more minutes roll by and still no call and no doctor on the video call. I call again and this young lady, I believe the same one I spoke with before attempts to say again that the doctor had tried to reach me at 4 am by phone. The doctor did not. Now she's offering to reschedule me, and I just lost it! I mean how unprofessional! It is very late I stayed up just to be sure I didn't miss this appointment. Apparently, I'll have to wait about week to even receive my money back but with the way this "company" operates, I'd be better off calling my bank and disputing the charges. These deceitful practices will not get you guys far.

Way too expensive. I really like this site but they want to charge me $260 for one single visit and theres no garuntee the doctor will help me. Thata way too much money for your first visit
