The business world has evolved, and so too should attorneys in the manner in which they conduct their practice and serve the interests of their clients. Haratz Law LLC represents the evolution of legal counsel and representation, consistent with the ideals of the legal profession and the wants and expectations of founders, leaders and owners of businesses, and individual and corporate clients looking to develop a lifelong relationship with a trusted adviser by their side.

We listen and internalize what clients want and need from their outside counsel. Our mission is not simply to deliver results that are optimal from a legal perspective, and which make business and economic sense, but to conduct ourselves in all respects in a manner befitting of the trust that clients place in their attorneys. We are out to make our clients’ lives easier and to facilitate their achievement of their vision. We fulfill this mission by providing to our clients:

- Insight and practical knowledge of talented commercial attorneys with extensive breadth and depth of experience across the wide spectrum of industries and legal subject matters impacting upon our clients’ lives and businesses

- Proactive, not reactive, strategy development and implementation consistent with business and personal objectives addressed at the outset with our clients

- Communication and transparency throughout all stages of the representation – as to strategy, the timetable anticipated in implementing strategy, and as to anticipated costs, cost budgeting and cost management

- Value-added time and effort to understand strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats, with the view of understanding and internalizing the mindset and perspective of our clients in all that we do for and with our clients

- Design and delivery of a proposal up-front (which we initiate, rather than placing the onus upon our clients) of non-hourly based pricing structures, or flexible value-based hourly rates, which are consistent with economic realities, budgetary constraints, and facilitate business and personal planning, cost-budgeting and cost-containment objectives
