About us:
Richard J. Neal earned his bachelor’s degree (History and French) at The Ohio State University and earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) at The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. He pledges to represent his clients as he would want to be represented and to be worthy of their trust. In addition to representing clients in family law matters, Mr. Neal also works as a Guardian ad Litem in cases involving abused and neglected children.
