martbody Movement aims to help clients of all ages and fitness levels, including those seeking post-rehabilitative care, achieve wellness and create strong, lean bodies and balanced, relaxed minds.Smart Body Movement includes a fully equipped Gratz Pilates studio and specialized GYROTONIC® equipment. A variety of options for private and group instruction are available. Private and Duet Lessons, offered by appointment only, are detailed, progressive classes that meet for two-to-three sessions per week to focus on clients’ specific goals and needs. These lessons range in price from $50 to $90 per hour. Group equipment, mat classes include three to four students and generally involve a minimum five-week commitment. An inexpensive way to try out different techniques and equipment, they range in price from $20 to $50 per hour.
