Citro's offered the best service the best job, and the most success with removing spots and cleaning heavily soiled- high traffic areas than any service I have ever used. Jeff takes his time. Does not rush over the job. He will repeat over heavily soiled areas until they are clean. Does not have the "get in- get out" mentality and poor service attitude that others have. Jeff is friendly and easy to work with. He takes time with the carpets and the results stand way above what other carpet cleaners have done. Spots are truly removed. Those 'hard to get spots' do not come back as quickly as with other carpet cleaners. Jeff is diligent and professional. Jeff's prices are higher than most carpet cleaners, but he does a quality job.

I have been using Jeff for 15 years. He does a better job than any other carpet cleaners I have ever used to clean my carpets. The carpets are not left sloppy wet he takes time to vacuum the water out. He is very courteous and careful with my house.

Having Jeff come out is like having a good friend over. If I have to leave, I leave a key for him and let him lock up when he’s done, and I know he’ll do a great job! He is meticulous and respectful of my property. Jeff has been cleaning my carpet sine 1996, I have gotten many calls but I never let carpet cleaners clean my carpet. He also does a fantastic job at tile and grout cleaning too!
