This is an extensive review for Aquarius landscaping, because we had an extensive backyard makeover done by them. Not only did Aquarius meet our expectations, they surpassed them. My husband says it is 110% better than he could have imagined. The price was extremely reasonable. We received a flyer in the mail for Aquarius and decided to get a bid. Will, the owner, changed our appointment several times which was initially a turn off after the reviews we had read on several sites. We decided to bring another larger company over for a design and bid, but also wanted to see what Aquarius would come up with. We were not impressed with the other companies design and were shocked at the price, because they had big company overhead. We pressed on with Aquarius to see what they could offer. The initial design from them was great, but we wanted to make some changes. When the second design came back, we fell in love. We decided to take a leap of faith and go with Aquarius. We were given advice to obtain proof of Aquarius' liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage before they began work so we couldn't be sued for any damage or injuries. Will supplied the requested information within 24 hours. Will took his design to our HOA, which is very picky, and gave them all of the required drawings and material samples to get the design approved. Work began a week after the HOA approval. The same crew of 7 people came to the job everyday for 2 weeks. They were prompt and an pleasure to deal with. His foreman, Johnny, is fantastic to work with on a daily basis. All of my needs after the start date were handled through him. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape and hardscape. When the day came to go to the nursery to buy plants, I went with him. He knew his way around the nursery like no other. He educated me on plants and trees and explained why I would or would not like certain ones. He saw to it we got the best and healthiest plants. Johnny also knew what day he would need pavers, dirt, sand and rocks delivered. We rarely had material in our driveway overnight, instead he ordered materials to be delivered as they were needed. When the job was complete, the crew made sure every sprinkler, drip and light installed was working. They did an excellent job of cleaning up their debris and left the yard ready to put in new furniture. I can most definitely recommend Aquarius Landscaping without reservation. Will may not show up on time for design meetings, return phone calls right away or even reschedule appointment several times, but once he has the design completed and contract signed, everything is smooth sailing. I would recommend everything which is expected to be done, be written in the contract and reviewed carefully. When we told Will from the beginning we loved the design of the yard, he said is always looks better in person when it is complete. He was not kidding and we will have many years of quality use in our new, wonderful backyard!

They had a phenomenal price, arrived and completed the work within the given time frame. Will and Johnny were great to work with. They communicated well and I couldn't be happier!

Just had front yard freshened up with new trees,shrubs, irrigation and rock. Trace and Dan did the work. Excellent work and Trace’s customer service is totally outstanding. He is totally thorough with all work performed. Crew was polite , on time and kept work area clean. For our next project we will specifically ask for Trace & Dan.

Will and his team set up our courtyard. They were able to deliver what we asked for in a timely manner. They were courteous, punctual as well respectful. The team arrived prepared and cleaned up after the project was through. We were on a tight schedule due to a housewarming party scheduled so we are very satisfied that they made it happen! Aquarius was a huge blessing to me and my family. With our HOA fining us close to $200 a week for no landscaping. Bill and the guys with Aquarius came in and worked with me VERY patiently on every detail to make sure we got what we wanted, this was 8 months ago. Just got off the phone with Bill asking him some questions about the coming cold weather, he told me to just keep an eye on my plants and if possible when it gets really cold try to cover them up with something to protect them, he sent somebody over at no cost to take a look at my irrigation and make sure everything was ready for winter. I would for sure recommend them to anybody looking for a great landscaping company.

Aquarius did our neighbors backyard and they were really happy, so we decided to get a quote too. We already had a few quotes from other companies, but Aquarius definitely gave us more for our money. We had to wait for pool construction to finish but Will was easy to contact and started the job within a week of pool completion. They did an AMAZING job. Will is the owner, and is a bit unconventional in his business practices, but if you know that in advance it’s easy to deal with. He sat down in the backyard and gave us a detailed quote, took his time and gave us a really great plan at a great price. When it came time to get started we met him at the nursery and picked out all the plants and trees that we wanted. This was great, considering I didn’t know the names of what I wanted and didn’t want. They did our entire project in 3 days. We were quoted 3 days and I assumed it would end up being a full week, but they showed up Monday morning and were done Wednesday afternoon. We were shocked. And it really does look incredible. I would highly recommend them. Johnny is the contact when they arrive to do the work and he was great to deal with. We added and removed things along the way and they remembered every detail…this made for some confusing bookkeeping at the end of the project, but we figured it out. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I had an idea in mind of what I wanted my yard to look like and I started calling around to see what it would cost. Will came out to look at my yard and took my ideas and came up with some suggestions of his own, I was blown away that he took my ideas, improved upon them by adding more smaller plants that would eventually become bigger, and was able to stay within a price I was comfortable with. He met me at Star Nursery to pick out all of my plants personally and started the job within a few days. I was very impressed with the work once it was completed. I now have a beautiful yard with fresh sod in the middle of the yard, a rock design around it, with Palm trees and several other small shrubs that will flower beautifully. On the other side of the yard, he put in a patio that I have put chairs, a table and some tiki torches. He also created a small area with stones where I can put my grill without smoking out my guests. I would recommend giving these guys a call.

The crew did a fantastic job. They followed the proposed schematic to a tee and got our yard finished in one day. Johnny even came out the next day (and on a Saturday morning) to make sure the plants were getting water and clean-up the yard. Everyone was so nice and patient with me as I changed my mind continuously throughout the process. They even followed me to the nursery so I could buy a few more trees for them to plant at no extra cost. Also, the price couldn’t be beat. My only complaint is that it wasn’t quite what we had in mind. Bill didn’t order enough sod or flagstone to do the job the way we had envisioned, so we are going to have to go back and fix and twick some things to get it just the way we want it. The crew was so great about working with me, though, to make sure we stretched the supplies we had to end up with something that looked great. And, for the price, I really can’t complain!

They did an overall good job for us in both design, installation, and standing behind their services. There was some followup required (one tree didn't make it) and a few minor responsiveness issues (I think they are just quite busy), but the overall design done by Jake, and the job done, was very good. We are quite happy with our backyard, other than a few small pieces of AstroTurf that seem to have a manufacturers defects (Aquarius is following up for us). I would recommend this company, we have a beautiful backyard now. They replaced the tree that didn't make it and the replacement tree is doing very well. We are now exploring having them design and install a water feature, and trust Jake with this, because we love the design he came up with for our overall backyard plan.

I just had my backyard done by this company and I am 100% satisfied with the work. The owner was easy and friendly to deal with, his personality is unique but in a funny way. When the workers showed up to for be work they were friendly, fast and efficient. Johnny was very friendly offered his opinion on some paver choices and we ended up going with what he suggested and I am very satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone needs a nice landscaped backyard!

Aquarius Landscaping took our small, postage stamp yard and transformed it into our own private little park! It looks amazing and the price was far less than other bids we received. Will, Johnny and Carlos were all wonderful. We are so happy we chose Aquarius and I would recommend them without hesitation. They met us at the Nursery, provided advice and the entire project was completed in one day!
