This was the third car I have purchased from Burlington VW since moving to New Jersey. Each time has been more pleasant and efficient than the last. Sebastian was a delight-- professional, thorough and he listens to the customer. While trading cars is not my favorite thing to do, Burlington VW makes it more than just tolerable. I would not consider purchasing a new care anywhere else.

I brought the car in because the MIL warning light was on. The part was not in stock, so they sent me home in a 2013 Passat loaner. The part was obtained overnight, and I returned the following morning to get my car. Flo is fantastic! She's very knowledgeable and takes the best care of her customers.

Love simplicity of making service appt online. Received reminder email just in case I forgot :) Service desk personnel are all friendly and helpful. Got vehicle done when requested, and even got a wash (wasn't expecting that). Will definitely be back!

I called the service department because my check engine light came on the previous night and I wanted to have the car checked before I left on a trip. The staff was courteous and helpful. They fit me in within a few hours of my call. They diagnosed the problem and replaced an air pressure sensor. It was under warranty, so 'no charge'. The paperwork says my service advisor was 1684 Brandy Bryan, which is not one of the choices below.
