Our goal is always to return the patient to their pre-injury status in as short a time as possible Occupational Therapy Our Occupational Therapy Services also benefit from highly trained Therapists with many years of experience in all aspects of care. Additionally, all of our therapists are certified in Hand Therapy which represents a large proportion of our patient population. Our senior Therapist has been with us for over 17 years and has had her LCHT since 1997 and is extremely active with AOTA, NJOTA and ASHT. Work Hardening Our program begins as soon as possible after the initial injury. The program includes both physical and occupational modalities, progressive exercise and work simulated environments. When combining this approach with traditional therapy the employee's safe and rapid return to work is expedited.
