Highway Service

HORRIBLE customer service. The dispatch woman is VERY nasty. They never heard of customer service. Their "office" is a hole in the wall - literally. The walls show evidence of a flood - the flooring doesn't look like it's been cleaned since the building was built in the 1930s. Outside they aren't any better. The dispatcher had the audacity to get on the microphone outside and tell me to get behind the gate because I was there with my boss and I wasn't "the owner" of the vehicle. Like it was a real security breach for me to stand there...come on lady, you are in charge of cars that were wrecked or towed - not Fort Knox. Get over yourself. They seem to nickel and dime you for everything. Hillside uses them for towing and golly, what a horrendous business. I'd be ashamed to work for them.
