I was shocked he got all the stains out! The carpet looked almost brand new! The carpet was ten years old, I was amazed! This is the best job I have ever received!

We have used Direct Carpet & Flooring for about 4 yrs now. They are quick but very very efficient! They still clean my carpets 4 yrs later as they did the very first time! We use them every six months because we have pets! Very affordable and amazing service both professionally and personally, because they are very personable.

Truly excellent service. Direct Carpet & Flooring was accommodating and helpful. The crew was very caring and professional. We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet.

In one word - outstanding! Doesn`t matter what you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. Direct Carpet & Flooring did an excellent job and was very courteous. Our carpets look like new & they had not been cleaned for years. Will hire them to stretch and clean carpet in the near future.
