The experience was ok... Matt and Trent were both very likeable men. Lee the tint pro was awesome. The only negative thing I have is that I hate that I have to use one of those 'Mickey Mouse National Banks' that you guys like so much again. last time it was Compass Bank, which totally sucks and is part of the reason I was ready to trade to get rid of them... instead I get RVS Citizens? Blech.. Both of these banks have useless websites, you can't make a payment online, and then they charge you $12.50 to make one over the phone.. This is the 21st century for Pete's sake. I wish I could have gone thru Chrysler or my own bank or a credit union. I've researched the bank and have seen a lot of negative customer comments. Yall can do better than that. Oh, and it would be more professional if your staff had workable emails. I sent an email and got it back as undeliverable... that's kind of weak. They shouldn't give cards out if they aren't accurate. Also.. some of the wording on the contract makes it obvious that it is all about the sale and not so much about the customer. But I get it.. it's the world we live in today... One last thing... I did fall for some sales tactics which cracks me up.. Just want you to know I'm not a total moron because I see them now. I won't be so easy next time.. LOL PS. Your commercials are irritating. It was the 0% for 72 month Dodge commercial that got me in there. That dexter that flaps his arms like he's directing traffing isn't what did it... Just having a little fun with yall...
