Great karate school!! I have been going to BBLA for almost 2 years and highly recommend it for all ages. Master Jackson is a great teacher!! Classes are from 3yrs old up to adult. I love my karate school!! I will continue to train for years to come.

Want a great place with great people to help reach your fitness goals? well this is the place. The classes are offered at different times to fit any schedule. The instructors are awesome and are willing to help you the whole way. They also do workouts on Saturdays and participate in races. They are really involved in the community and just a all around great place to be associated with.

Black Belt Leadership Academy is the best! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Master Jackson is EXCELLENT with the kids. He knows each student by name and makes each student feel special while giving great encouragement. Both of my sons are better focused and have higher confidence since attending classes with BBLA.

Wonderful school, wonderful instructors! Very family oriented also! Not only do they teach karate but also self confidence, respect, and values. Also has events throughout the year for the family also! So happy to be a part of this family! I highly recommend trying it!

My son has been a student of BBLA for 2 1/2 years now and loves it! He is learning karate, self-defense, and leadership skills, as well as gaining self-confidence in his abilities. I can't say enough positive things about this school or the owner, Master Jeremy Hackson. I have never seen anyone work with all ages and skill levels as well as he does. If you want your child to have a great time while getting exercise, learning skills that will last a lifetime, and being involved in community service, then this is the school for you and your child.

Our son began taking martial arts under Master Jeremy Jackson at Sanford's Black Belt Leadership Academy in January 2013 at just four years old. Master Jackson's youth program is phenomenal! In addition to Master Jackson's natural ability to engage and encourage children, his youth program promotes physical fitness, confidence, respect, and service to others. He's a community leader and has created a compassionate and challenging community at his school. Our son, more than two and a half years into his study at BBLA, plans on continuing indefinitely. Many of our friends bring their children here as well and would echo our accolades for Master Jackson and Black Belt Leadership Academy.

My son has been attending Black Belt Leadership Academy (BBLA) in Sanford for a little over a year. Master Jackson has done a wonderful job of teaching, leading and encouraging all of the kids and adults alike. The students learn discipline, respect, focus and many other attributes needed to function well in today's world. In addition to classes offered daily, at a reasonable time, they also do many other activities in the community to get everyone involved. This experience is worth the money and if you are considering putting your child in a martial arts class there is no other choice out there that is anywhere near as good as BBLA!

This place has it all! I have been a student of Master Jackson's for a while now. From karate to cage fitness, BBLA offers something for everyone. Regardless of age, fitness level or gender, you WILL feel welcome and comfortable. This holds true for both the instructors and the other students. I have made more friends through this place then I can count. That's great for motivation, by the way.

The class instruction aside, there is always something fun and charitable going on at BBLA. From trunk or treats to kick-a-thons, BBLA is not afraid to have a good time outside of class and give back to their community.

My daughter began at Black Belt 2 years ago and loves it. She is learning martial arts and gaining valuable understanding of herself and her values. Master Jackson is an excellent teacher, and I trust him to help my daughter develop to her fullest potential!
