For example one the lady that I spoke to over the phone was very nice and really took her time to explain to me how their company worked and what kind if process of cleaning they used. #2. The tech came out on time I even got a courtesy call letting me know they were about 20 minutes out. Gave me enough time to get home from the store. #3. before starting the work they were able to give me my set price for the work that would be done in my home. I mean this company can do no wrong in my eyes.

It took them about two hours to clean my whole house they left not one inch of my carpets untouched. they cleaned thoroughly and deeply. thanks a lot for all the hard work that was put into making my carpets look like new. yeah I am not exaggerating like new!
