I was thrilled today to discover there are still people out there that are honest and have values. During our service call, we were advised that our inverter was dead and needed to be replaced. At the beginning of the removal, Warran discovered that there was a hidden fuse that had popped. Rather than continue with the replacement, which other companies would have done, he told us about his discovery. The old inverter is working currently, and the fan did come on when it heated up. We were thrilled that we did not need to make such a costly repair at such a tough time in our lives. We previously had someone replace a perfectly good satellite system, and it wasn't pleasant to be burned. I'm glad that you have such a stellar employee! My wife and I have been clients of RV Medic for the past 5 years and have not only encountered countless incidences of repair and replace needs for our RV's, but just as many RV technicians in a wide variety of states and locales. Our experiences with RV Medic have been completely unique and tremendously pleasurable. Although I can recount many instances where RV Medic personnel have shown the highest degree of interest in their client's welfare, but their actions on my behalf to find the best solution to whatever problem they are faced with can, and has, cost them money where they will refer my problem to another vendor with possibly more expertise. That's certainly not to say that RV Medic lacks training and experience, as the countless times I have asked them to do something for me has resulted in the highest level of efficiency and production. Since I return to the Casa Grande area every fall, I have found myself saving any tasks that need completion for my motorhome until I get here, just so I can have RV Medic come out and service my motorhome's needs. When I leave Casa Grande in the spring, I drive my motorhome down the road with extreme confidence. And, the best part is that I have never paid more than what I thought was reasonable. And I am not alone. RV Medic has become the busiest and most successful RV Tech business in our region, for very good reason, and without having to advertise.
