Todd is very courteous, thorough and professional. Every contact prior to his arrival was efficient. Arrived on time, explained his process, and I asked what it would cost to add on cleaning the carpet on basement stairs. This was additional work not included in the original offer. We agreed on an additional price, he protected the corners of my walls from the hoses, was careful with my baseboards and did a very good job.
I was concerned that the process would leave behind the typical cleaning smell, which I do not tolerate well. Go greens process left no lingering odors and the sprayed on protector also had no smell. I was very happy about that. and I think that shows he uses quality products
Todd called later that day to see if everything was ok with the job. Then I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. GREAT OLD FASHIONED service and I will recommend Go Green carpet cleaning to anyone needing good carpet cleaning.

Todd cleaned my ten year old carpets in my house and now they look like a new set of carpets stain free! I was very happy with the service that Go Green Carpet Cleaning provided for me.  He called me back right away to schedule an appointment.  Later that same day, he had a need to adjust the time of the appointment but since he called me in advance I had no problem rescheduling because Todd was able to keep me up to date as soon as he found out there was an issue. I really appreciated that gesture because he took the time to make sure that his customer was on the same page as he was. He showed up a few minutes early, quickly assessed the job, got to work and was done in around two hours.  He was able to get out a couple of spots that I thought were there to stay. He put blocks under furniture that I could remove when the carpet dried, so nothing could stain the damp carpet. Talk about quality service!  The carpet was pretty much dry in about 8 hours, although I waited until the next day to put things back just in case.  He was very professional and pleasant to work with and truly cared about the job he did.  I will definitely use his service again, and highly recommend him to others looking for a reliable Boise carpet cleaner.

They cleaned off white carpeting in living room, dining room, stairs, long L shaped hall, master bedroom, large master bath, one large stain and one smaller stain. Stains resulted from plant watering overflow. Stains were a combination of plant soil, wood stain and heavy rust.

The smaller stain was completely removed. The large stain was 98% removed. we placed a geode crystal over the small area not completely removed. I had thought that the large stain was a hopeless task. The unstained carpet cleaning was A+, The stain removal was A- and the stairs were A. The A- Boise carpet cleaning grade for the stain was because they came a little short of perfect on it. Stairs always seem to be a harder to get completely clean than flat carpet. The Boise carpet cleaner owner and his grandson did all of the work. They were fast but thorough and very professional. The owner had said that he might not be able to get the large stain completely out before he started. We are very pleased with the result and will use them again.
