Jarrett and his team were extremely courteous and informative. It was a pleasure doing business MINI of Pittsburgh. I'm definitely referring them to my friends and family.

Love Mini of Pittsburgh. I use the valet service when I have to have service done on my car. Everyone is wonderful to deal with. They drive out to Bridgeville to pick up my car to take it in for service and bring me a loaner. Everyone on the staff is amazing. If you're looking for a new car consider Mini.

I was in an accident and had body work done. Every single person I spoke with was awesome!! Each time I called mini to get an update they were friendly and helpful and willing to walk me through the process. Susie at the body shop was especially excellent!!

This is my 2nd Mini from this dealership.
My experience has always been positive.

We were met as we entered the door and the hospitality was exceptional. Theo took time with us and helped us get the options we wanted on our car. We took a test drive and got the purchase in motion. When we picked up the car Theo went over the car and explained how to do certain options. The only thing I can say as a negative was I called to ask a question after driving the car and no one returned my call. The other thing was we got the optional finish on the car and it is not what it's made out to be. My Husband had to wax the JCW already and it is difficult to remove debris from the vehicle. Over all our experience was great and we love the car.
