Tom Silvius has been President of T. R. Silvius & Company for almost thirty years. As a result of the observation of contractor to client responses and relationships, this site has been created.

Tom believes expectations should be set and leveled before a project begins. Each party must have a mutual agreement of their respective intellectual personnel, and monetary responsibilities. The client must be fully informed that the publication of a site is only the beginning.

A comprehensive marketing plan must not only be prepared, but it must be executed.
