Control Anxiety

Learning how to control anxiety has always been one of my problems ever since entering my teenage years. When it started to become prevalent during my adult years, I knew I had to do something about the problem since I can’t always succumb to panic attacks – especially not at work.
One thing I learned during my panic attacks ordeal is that you can’t solve something until you actually know what it is. In my case, I decided to find out as much as I can about anxiety or General Anxiety Disorder (GAD). As I found out, the problem wasn’t really that uncommon and that millions of people suffer through the same problem as I do. That’s a bit relieving considering how I thought I was the only one suffering through the problem. More importantly, lots of people have managed to address their GAD and live relatively normal lives.
