Roosevelt Apartments in Cleveland Heights is an older building that's been renovated. My apartment has a newer kitchen with a dishwasher...I looked at 3 different buildings and this was the only one with a dishwasher. Space is adequate, and the management is very involved.

Free Wi-Fi! They installed it last year and it is awesome. No more waiting for the cable guy, no more Time Warner.

Living at the Roosevelt this past year has been pretty nice. They recently put in new carpeting in the hallway and painted it. I also have really nice neighbors on my floor. Between the new renovations, responsive staff and friendly neighbors, this has been a great place to live.
