Nick was very patient and helpful. He made my purchase extremely comfortable. He met all my needs and showed me all my options. He took the time to bring the car up in all the different colors so I knew I liked my final decision. He was great. He took the time after I purchased the car, to go through every little detail and feature of the car so I knew how to work it all. He even set up my phone for me. I called him a bunch of times to ask questions and he always responded very promptly and was so helpful.

This transaction occurred late on a Saturday night and the entire staff stayed late to make sure that we were able to complete our vehicle purchase. They were always polite, patient and very helpful in tying up all the loose ends. This included accepting a trade in vehicle as part of the deal several days after we drove off the lot in our new Kia Sedona 2015. I would recommend Joanna, Dwight and Teddy to friends and family, as well as use their services in the future when making a new car purchase. Even though it has only been a few weeks since our purchase, we are extremely happy with our new Kia. Thank you!

We came to look at Cars that were listed online. Jay was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. All three cars were available and we were able to take our time and look at each of the cars and test drive them all. We did not feel hurried and Jay took the time to print off all of the specs on the three models and went over the car fax of the model we chose. We purchased that day. We would definitely refer business to Jay!

I came in one morning originally just wanting to do my 15,000 mile maintenance on my 2013 Kia Optima EX but I remember my pleasant run in with Carlos several months back and so when I came in, he quickly recognized me and asked me how I was liking my car. I expressed to him how much i really liked my car but how much I would LOVE it if it were a turbo. Carlos took the time to explain to me how easy it would be to trade it in for the car that I really wanted. By the afternoon, it was time to pick up my car and while waiting, Carlos offered to take me out on an Optima SX Turbo. Of course, I fell in love with it instantaneously and wanted to sit and talk numbers. Having worked my numbers myself, I was really firm on a price range so Carlos and a manager took the time to make sure I stayed within that target range. After everything was finalized, I had to wait a day for my car to be delivered and Carlos was really great at making sure to keep me updated on when the car was coming and was very reassuring that I would be satisfied by the end of the transaction. This type of customer service should be commended as it takes this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Bob Rohrman. I would, and have, recommend my friends to go to Bob Rohrman for their automotive needs as I know they will always be taken care of. I know that sometimes I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I demand a lot being that I come from customer service background myself so I do truly appreciate Carlos being patient and always being available for my questions/concerns. He is a true asset.

Mr Hapner and rest of staff could not be more professional or easy to work with!! However, you need more finance people. I was in line for about 2 hours.

I was a cashier and the salesman showed me how I could save $50 a month on my car payment. First I tried the Sonata and it did not meet my needs. I drove the Sorento and It was exactly what I wanted.

It went well. When I arrived it was pretty busy. Jenny had everything under control. She knew I was there for a oil change. She recommended that I go ahead to the customer waiting room and she'd handle getting my car taken care of. I wasn't there too long and never felt like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Great job, jenny!
