Installation

NEW Rough-in Installation: It usually takes one day to install the pipe, wiring, inlets and airflow test. Then when the home is almost complete, we install the power unit and wall plates(inlet covers). We provide in writing a satisfaction guarantee for all work we perform.

Existing Retrofit Installation : Retrofit installations are a bit tricky, and take a more planning and time. Even though it is a more cumbersome job the cost is comparative to a new construction install. Most home owners have been told a central vacuum can't be installed in their home. But the reality is it can be done we can do it.

Free Quote in writing is prepared based on sq. footage , number of wall inlets, direct connect or Pigtailed, brand and size of machine.

Preventive Maintenance

If you have a central vac that is more that is 5yrs old or more, we highly recommend that we do a complete system going over starting at the machine. We inspect motor and bearings, clean filter, replace filter bag if used, test each inlet for suction loss, clean pipes, inspect vacuum hose and power head, change belt if needed. Over time the central vacuum may appear to have lost some power from worn wall inlets, cracks in pipes, loose fittings, motor going bad, clog in the pipe etc...Maintaining your central vacuum can save you from expensive repairs and down time, take advantage of our special price.
