My mother was a former patient at Always Best Care, it's patients are 80% of Hispanic decent. My mother speaks very little english and a hard time finding a doctor who spoke spanish, but especially one who is both professional and kind. Dr. Lozano was the best but after his departure Dr. Martinez grew on her. He is very informative and helpful.
My mother has suffered from varicose veins after her third child. The surgery was a success and the nurse of Asian decent spoke Spanish and was most thorough and kind before and after the surgery, but the worst inhumane treatment followed when the doctor referred her to the spa to treat the superficial veins.
The spa is very classy and tasteful sadly the old white woman who is the manager is not. My mother was told to fill out the paperwork at home which is nonsense, the lady should of helped her. She was quick to collect payment but refused to help. My mother finally went to her treatment upon arrival the older white woman who speaks horrible broken English and extremely rude Spanish told my mother since she was fifteen minutes late the treatment would be cut to half. The paperwork was not completed, but the medical assistant at the spa was willing to take the time to explain treatment plan. She was professional, polished, and most friendly. My mother said she helped her every step of the way.
She saw improvement, but dreaded going to see the manager's face, attitude, and ignorance. On one occasion she said the doctor was next to her and she was trying so hard to be friendly and bubbly. My mother wanted to tell the doctor how can he have such a beautiful spa with a very hateful person at the front desk. My mother will not be going back after two treatments, she made it clear to the medical assistant a month ago. She recently called my mom on a facial special they must be desperate for clients since the manager runs them off, the medical assistant was good to my mom but my mom made it clear she had it with Satan. The medical assistant told my mom she was sorry she felt this way and has never seen or heard complaints, but clearly the young lady wouldn't say other. We have a neighbor "Consuelo" who was doing laser hair removal but due to once again the hateful old lady being rude and crazy she canceled her treatments.
One bad rotten apple ruins the bunch. Please stay away from this place or until the front office manager is gone! Do not purchase any deals not worth your gas unless you approve of being mistreated!
