I used this company on two different occasions in November 2018. The personnel were professional and polite. I paid extra for the 100% insurance coverage. When they moved my dryer the drum came out of alignment during the move. I contacted Me. Appliance to give me an estimate for repairs. The cost for repairs was $364.90 along with the 94.34 I had to pay for out of pocket for the estimate. I notified Adam the manager and was told he would consult with the owner. I have still not heard anything and I still do not have a working dryer and have not been contacted. I posted this review on their website and it has been deleted. I am running out of faith that they honor their commitments.
