They did a steam cleaning process which in turn eliminated each and every stain off my carpets. truly a big fan!!!! the only reason I didn't give them all the stars is because the tech is a little hard to understand and at first we had a little miscommunication. but other than that. the work they customer service. they have it all from professional, experienced techs.. to knowledgeable, well spoken dispatchers. and I can't forget to mention how clean my carpet looks now. it looks flawless. I'm very happy with the work this company did... not only are all the stains out. but somehow they made my carpet look brand new. thanks a lot.

I used this company because they were local. and when I called them and spoke to their nice dispatcher, who had a good answer for every question I had. we were able to set up an time for them to come out that was convenient for me. guess what they are open on Sundays. anyway, when the day finally came and the tech arrived to my home. he was very professional, knew what he had to do without me telling and pointing out... took care of all the stains without having me to tell him to go back because he missed a spot. he did a great job. and I'm so happy with the results.. thank you very much... it was really appreciated.
