I called Jay Taylor from Specialty Air to resolve an older heating issue I had. Jay sent out Coy to look at the problem. Coy came on time and was able to figure out the problem and resolve it. I highly recommend Specialty Air.

The back up drain for my AC was dripping rusty water... I called Specialty Air and they came out the next day. The main drain was clogged. The price was reasonable and the service was fast. The tech was polite and gave me follow up tips to keep my system running well.

The best customer service that I have received in a long time. My technician was Tim. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could leave work and meet him. He was prompt and extremely professional. My HVAC problem was solved in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to friends. Awesome service.

I was recommended to Jay Taylor from a business associate, Jay was prompt to returned my call and showed up on time, he came over to give me a second opinion, not only the previous ac/heating man had misdiagnosed saying the unit needed to be replaced but Jay was accurate in his diagnosis which cost me a fraction of what would have been for a new unit. He is obviously very knowledgeable and I feel he is an honest man. I highly recommend Jay for any ac/heating need.

Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Tim and Marco did the repairs and servicing. They stand behind their work and offer a quality service agreement and service discount. They came at the agreed time for the initial estimate and the subsequent repairs. I am very happy with the service and am glad that I finally found a reputable and professional HVAC company. They really do deserve a 5 star rating.

Jay and his team are very knowledgable. I was in the market for a new AC system. I was greeted with a smile and the earliest appointment for an estimate. Jay Taylor and Specialty Air did a great job on my heater/air conditioner. It was around Christmas time and our heater went out. Needless to say we were freezing our buns off and called Specialty Air. They responded right away with a call and sent out a technition who assessed our problem quickly. The next day we were up and running with heat. Whoohoo!! Thank God! We are so thankful to specialty air for being sensitive to our needs and responding so quickly. We got a good price for the service and a lot of good info on some next steps we might need to take in the future. Thank you Specialty Air! You Guys are Awesome!!
