Howard Wilson is a good dealership. I purchased my Durango in Grenada because they had the pre-owned vehicle I was looking for and HW did not at the time. I will use HW for service because I like the dealership and the people there.

Satisfaction would have been exceptional except for scheduling. I was required to make an appointment to drop the car off. I now understand that appointment doesn't mean an appointment to take care of my car at that time. And in this instance didn't even mean it would be looked at that day. I went out of my way to arrange a ride and bring it in for a 7:15 appointment fully expecting to pick it up the same day. It was not even looked at until the following day. It caused a huge inconvenience as my husband was out of town. I now understand that I can drop the car off after hours and should plan alternate transportation for an extended period of time. It's all about communication. Suppose I had planned to wait at the dealership while the work was done?

They did all the work I expected and a little more. I wasn't expecting for both of my recall issues to be resolved, but both of the service ladies took care of them and had my car to me at 5:30, when they had promised. Also, the courtesy drive who took me home after I dropped off my jeep was very very pleasant and a very safe driver.

I CAME IN TO HOWARD WILSON AND ASKED ABOUT FIXING MY AUTO. JODY ASKED ME TO COME INSIDE HAVE A SEAT IN OUR WATEING ROOM THEY WOULD GET ME FIX UP AND AS SOON SHE CAME BACK TOLD ME MY CAR WAS FIXED THAT THE BILL WAS READY, WHEN MY CAR CAME BACK AROUND PARKED AT DOOR. Larry Snow did a great job staying in contact with me. I sent my wife up there to look at vehicles and he did a great job in finding her one that she liked. Even with it being used Larry went above and beyond to make sure she was happy with a few details on the car she wanted touched up and I appreciate that. That means a lot to me. I have always bought from Gray Daniels but I would rather deal with hometown owned dealerships and y'all proved it again why and it's the service to the customer. Everybody involved did a great job and we will be back on our next purchase.
