Jason did a great job and worked with me. He ordered a part that was not in stock contacted me when it came in and gave me an appointment the next day. Also advised me that my breaks were loose and needed to have them adjusted. I was very happy with his service.

I needed to have an Oil change done on short notice and didn't have an appointment. Craig was excellent and was able to provide a very good price for the service as well as a heads up about some upcoming maintenance that I will need in the fall.

In the past, I have assumed that an Oil change could be performed by a third party garage for less cost than the dealership but the price I received was very reasonable and in line with what I would pay elsewhere. The combination of excellent service, cost and comfort level of having my highlander serviced by Toyota technicians was excellent.

The service adviser took a bit longer than usual to get the car set for service, the overall service was fast and professional. I was expecting the cabin filter to be changed out with toyotacare due to my prius having the solar roof option, but that was not done.

Expected better with body work details

This was the third Camry I purchased new at Crestmont. I have always found all Crestmont personnel to be friendly and courteous. The Salesman for my latest Camry purchase, Bob Latorraca was very helpful and a joy to work with.

Service performed faster than expected. Was able to schedule same day.

Overall experice good. Did not take too long for the service to perform and no need for appointment. Also like the fact that the dealership followed up by calling in person.

I needed new tires for my Celica - as usual, Roger was prompt in ordering them for me and getting them on my vehicle. I now feel much safer with the winter weather ahead!

The service was very good they went above and beond for me I was very pleased!!

Roger was terrific as always. I spent three hours waiting for Toyota road service in subfreezing temps to fix a flat, missing three hours of work.Finally I called a friend who did it for me(I have a rotator cuff injury). I called Roger who immediately uplifted my spirits and set me up for new tires and a free loaner. The service was outstanding as usual and I felt appreciated as always. And Roger also threw in a free car wash.
