I needed to have an Oil change done on short notice and didn't have an appointment. Craig was excellent and was able to provide a very good price for the service as well as a heads up about some upcoming maintenance that I will need in the fall. In the past, I have assumed that an Oil change could be performed by a third party garage for less cost than the dealership but the price I received was very reasonable and in line with what I would pay elsewhere. The combination of excellent service, cost and comfort level of having my highlander serviced by Toyota technicians was excellent.

The service adviser took a bit longer than usual to get the car set for service, the overall service was fast and professional. I was expecting the cabin filter to be changed out with toyotacare due to my prius having the solar roof option, but that was not done.

Roger was terrific as always. I spent three hours waiting for Toyota road service in subfreezing temps to fix a flat, missing three hours of work.Finally I called a friend who did it for me(I have a rotator cuff injury). I called Roger who immediately uplifted my spirits and set me up for new tires and a free loaner. The service was outstanding as usual and I felt appreciated as always. And Roger also threw in a free car wash. Thank you Roger and Crestmont for caring about your customers.
