Mike Lind Handyman

Mike Lind is a highly-skilled handyman located in Issaquah, WA with over 30 years experience in nearly all facets of home construction, remodeling, and repair. Having built and remodeled several homes for his own family, he has expertise in the areas of: carpentry, roofing, flooring, tiling, painting and drywall (and many more...). Mike also performs all types of "handyman" work ranging from everyday jobs to major home repairs. Over the years he has acquired a wide variety of tools required to handle even the most complex jobs. First of all, estimates are always free! I do notcharge any fee or hourly rate just to come out, look at your project or repair and provide you with an estimate. Many others do. I don't. That is simply my policy, period. That said, my clients are typically billed at a $60/hr rate for the services which I perform, plus the cost of any materials required and potentially a mileage fee depending upon the distance that I have to travel.
