DO NOT hire this company for any work done in your home. I had Frank come to my home to repair my refrigerator. He showed up promptly the first day. He said I needed a $350 fan which he promptly installed the next day. He also cashed my check, promptly the same day he did the work.....late on a Friday night. The following day the refrigerator stopped working. After several calls and voicemail I was able to get him on the phone by calling from a different phone number. He apologized and said the part must have failed and he would install a new one that afternoon. He did not show up. After a solid week of phone calls, voice mail and texts someone in the office finally answered (of course I was using a friend's phone) and said the part wasn't in stock which is the reason he did not call back. They promised to call when the part was in. Low and behold someone called me a few days later saying the part was in and she scheduled me for service the following day. Again, Frank did not show up. I stayed home all day and made at least 2 dozen calls to the various numbers I had and he still hasn't called or responded. I'm out $350 and am staring at a refrigerator that does not work. You get a voice mail saying he's busy assisting another customer. Eight weeks later I'm still here without a working refrigerator. Penelope said Frank would refund my money. That was three weeks ago. No check and he won't return my calls. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! They promptly take your money and run! Check them out at Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had before I called them.

I found their ad online. I searched through their site and was axcited to see so many good reviews. I set up an appointment through their online scheduler. I followed up the next day with a phone call to verify my appointment. I spoke to a man who looked up my information and verified the appointment time. I made the appointment on a Monday and called Tuesday to verify. When the appointment time came and went, I called the company inquiring about my appointment. The same man that verified my appointment answered the call on my appointment day. He said he remembered the appointment but could not find the repair ticket. He told me that he would have to call the 'tech' and he would call me back in 20-30 minutes. Well, an hour passed by and I called them back. No one answered the phone so I left a detailed message with my call back number. Thirty more minutes came and went. I called again. The same man I spoke to earlier answered, I explained who I was, he said he had not heard from 'Jeremy'. I asked him if my appointment was still going to happen, and he said 'probably not'. I said that I had an appointment time of 9-11am, and he said to me 'good luck with that' and hung up on me. So, 5 hours wasted for an appointment that probably was NEVER going to happen. The guy that I dealt with has NO customer service skills. Apparently my money is not valuable to him and he brushed me off.

"My wife called your office to see about having a repairman come to our house and repaired the refrigerator. When the repairman arrived he went right to work on the fridge. He was quick, concerned and was able to trouble shoot our problems, finding an affordable solution. They will certainly be called by us if needed and will certainly be recommend to our friends and relatives."

Frank came out and said its my Lid switch part cost 293.00 for the cost of the part (really) I can get the part online for 25.00. But he replaced the contacts... really he was working on it for 15 minutes and charge me 95.00 not five minutes later as he drove off, I ran a test run and washer was did not work. Called them back and got voicemail really.... left message and 3 hours later I call again and I get greeting says they are closed for the holiday.. and I stuck with a broken washer and out 95.00 dollars.. Beware or the company !!!!!!
