He knew immediately what the problem was. I felt he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. In this town, knowing an honest air conditioner repair person is worth its weight in gold.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I just bought a foreclosed home and know next to nothing about ac/heating units. I was told by the housing inspector that I was going to need a bunch of work done to get the heating units working. I was referred to Austin Air Repair Service from my boss who said they are great down to earth people and been in Austin, TX forever. The guy I think his name was mike came out and did his own inspection and had to force light or something like that the heater element and not replace the massive amount of equipment that I was lead to believe. All said and done I just had to pay the regular hour fee. I would use Austin Air Repair Service every time. Stop looking for a place and give them a chance. I am glad I did!

My experience of Austin Air Repair Service was positive. You`d never know that a huge oil boiler and oil tank had been in my basement. The workers were courteous and kind.

Its a family run business, they are polite and fast, they fixed the problem and they dont try to sell me more than I needed. I will definitely use them again down the road.

You will be pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service from the return call to the end of your appointment. I had a horrible time figuring out what was wrong and Austin Air Repair Service came over and they knew what to look for and where to go and low and behold our issue was fixed.

Great service - quick to respond to a last minute, Friday evening emergency furnace repair and repairman went above and beyond, attempting to machine a part to our old furnace to keep us warm, then arriving early the next morning to replace a worn-out part. Thanks, guys - good job.
