This company is a fraud. Do not use. When our Bosch dishwasher broke down, my wife called a few places about the repair. Some items were still under warranty and the repair facility needed to be Bosch certified to handle the repair. My wife asked Michael Henderson, at Home Appliance Repair, if he was Bosch certified and could do their warranty work, he stated he was, and that only Bosch certified repairman could order the parts, and stated he could be by the next day to look at the dishwasher. Once he came by he found the drain pump was the problem, it was not covered under the warranty, and he stated he had to call Bosch to order the part, and would be back when the part arrived. He came back a few days later with the part, once he went to install he stated Bosch sent him the wrong part, he stated he would ask them to overnight the next part since they made the mistake and he would call us by the end of the day. He did not call us back that day, so my wife called him the next morning, and he said Bosch would not overnight the part and we would have to wait for it to arrive, normal shipping, from their warehouse in California, because they did not have any locations closer. I called him back and ask for the phone number for Bosch that he called and I would call and request they overnight the part. He stated his phone number was for Bosch repairman only, and that I needed to call the number in my owner’s manual. I called Bosch and explained the situation and they were going to overnight me the part, and from their warehouse in New Burn, North Carolina, not California, all I needed was to get the order number from the repairman. I called and left him a message stating that I needed the order number to get the part overnighted. I never heard from Mike again. I called Bosch later that evening and they have no record of Mike or his company and no record of that part number being sold or shipped to North Carolina for weeks. I also found out the part was $44 straight from Bosch and he charged my wife $94 for whatever cheaper part he planned to put on, plus $60 for the service call. He would have gotten away with it had I not called Bosch. What would he have done if the item was under warranty? Probably claim it wasn’t and charge us for the repair. I have since called and left numerous messages for Mike, with no response, I have also requested a refund since I paid for a part I have yet to receive. I also drove to 119 North Pilot Knob Road in Denver to find out that there is no Home Appliance Repair located there. I have also since checked on the internet and found 15 different phone numbers, and 2 different addresses associated with his business. I want to make sure that no other peop
