Hands down....most definately the best massage I have ever had!

I love this place! I really felt welcome there and I loved how Cathy knew the muscles. She actually "disected" each one and didn't stop until they were all lose and feeling so wonderful. She educated me while she was working on me. I have never had a therapist take so much time explaining not only what she was doing, but WHY. Now that I have a better understanding of what massage does, I really know I need it more often. She said it's like getting the oil changed in your car. You get better performance with your car, and your body works the same way. I am very satisfied with the service and her personality.

I went to Cathy for pains in my arms and hands and muscle problems in my shoulders. She was able to find the problems and get rid of the pain in just a short time. I continue to see her for things that come up associated with work/computer related muscle issues. I would highly recommend she to anyone. She is professional and her office is clean and comfortable.
