Prices are too high for the results.

In my case, I paid top dollar for a good installation and got a bad installation.

They improve the company/salesman profit by using contractors that utilize under-paid illegal workers.

You pay for a first class job and get less than first class results. Of course they offered to come back out and see if they could fix the problems.

The salesman acknowledged that they get complaints “from time to time”.

I don’t want Dobson Floors, Dobson Flooring America, or their contractors back in my house again.
