I use Integrated massage techniques which are a blend of Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, trigger point and other hands-on methods to meet the individual therapeutic needs of the client. I do not do spa style massage.

Alderwood Massage Therapy is located at the intersection of 27th and McDaniel Lane. Coming North on McDaniel from 99w the street ends at 27th. The large grey building will be directly in front of you. Use the parking lot behind the building. Follow the signs to the East Side Door. Once in the East side Door my office will be immediately on the left.

Reservations: By appointment only. Book your own appointment on-line at www.alderwoodmassage.com or call 503-434-1738. Same day appointments only available by phone. Regular office hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am - 8pm to accommodate most clients.

Languages Spoken: English. For clients that do not speak English - some of my clients bring an interpreter, someone that would be comfortable (and appropriate) being in the room during the massage such as a spouse. If there are questions please have someone that speaks English contact me to voice your concerns and answer your questions.
