Elements Construction Inc. is a Florida state licensed general contracting firm. The firm was founded in 2000 in North Carolina as a construction company focusing in rebuild and repair. The company moved to Florida in 2004 focusing on renovation, house preparation for resale, and new home construction for a large developer. During the housing boom our firm managed the construction of multiple multi-million dollar homes as well as coordinating the acquisition and preparation of new development sites. During which time we kept a small market share in the remodeling sector. Toward the end of the boom we focused on renovation, remodeling, and repair services. Working with many designers in the area the firm has honed its skill in dealing more intimately with clients and their needs. Applying design elements that beautify form while understanding the importance of function. Being a progressive company we try to stay current on new technologies and trends and when applicable we apply our knowledge of green construction and aging in place design.


Elements have one mission to produce great work while minimizing the discomfort of remodeling or construction for our clients. Through the years we developed a great team who not only takes pride in their craft but maintains a contentious approach that will always keep our client’s needs in mind. From initial meeting through completion we maintain strong communication and a clean work environment. When remodeling we go to great lengths to minimize dust and protect spaces beyond the work area. We build containments and run a large air scrubber during certain phases of work. Our approach is a partnership with the client that creates a team approach giving the client the ability to be as involved or uninvolved as they wish.

I have been in the business for 14 years and a practicing contractor for 9 years. My team has been carefully selected over time from employees to subcontractors to find those people who best suit our skill level, professionalism, as well as integrity. Often our clients are states away while work is taking place and we must be able through communication to make our clients feel comfortable and at ease.

The firm’s work experience is in both residential and commercial. Myself and my team have years of experience in high end custom and production homebuilding, commercial up-fits and remodels, insurance build back, residential remodeling, repair, as well as general home improvements.
