Our ice maker stopped working and we called American West Appliance. They sent the technician the same day. He showed up on time, within 10 min he determined the issue with the inlet water valve. He had the needed part and installed it right away. Now our ice maker is as good as new. We are very happy with this company,

I used this company to diagnose the problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator. The technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with the fan motor. He fixed it the same day. My GE refrigerator stopped cooling and they got it fixed in no time. The technician came out the same day and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and resolved the problem right away by replacing the evaporator fan motor. The charge was reasonable and the service was fantastic! I would call again and highly recommend this company to my friends and family!

5 star company! The lady, who set up my appointment was very courteous and polite, she scheduled the appointment around my availability. The repair man was on time, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer, had the part needed on hand, told the cost of repair, which was less than I anticipated, and repaired my dryer within 1 hour. I am very happy with his service and will highly recommend this company to everyone.

It was very easy to book a technician to have a look at our dryer. After diagnosing the problem he gave us a quote for a repair and we approved the cost. He had the part in his truck and fixed the dryer right away. He was very straightforward about what needed to be done and he didn't try to upsell us. He was honest and hard working. I called this company to set up an appointment for my leaky washer. They were able to accommodate me the same day. Victor was my technician and he was great. They knew immediately what the problem was with my GE oven, showed me where and explained why it was not working. The technician had the parts on his truck and replaced the faulty igniter in less than an hour. He was honest, fast and efficient.
